Randolph Lerner b egan his career at the Progressive Corporation as an investment analyst. In 1991 he started an independent investment firm Securities Advisors, Inc. n 1993, Mr. Lerner, became a Director of MBNA Corporation. He became the chairman when his father died in 2002.
Education: A graduate of Columbia College 1980-4, and spent 1983 at Clare College, Cambridge, England. Also, he is a graduate of Columbia Law School
