Kenshin Oshima, is the president of industrial loan company SFCG Co. SFCG Co also called the Shohkoh fund is a collateral-free high-interest lender to small firms founded in 1978. The company was disturbed by a loan collection scandal in the late 90's, but since then the company has rebounded.
